Gene expression profile of D2.OR-EGFP and D2.A1-EGFP cells in vitro and in vivo

We analysed gene expression profiles of D2.OR-EGFP and D2.A1-EGFP cells isolated from lungs and under standard in vitro conditions Overall design: BALB/c nude female mice (6- to 8-weeks old) were injected in tail vein with 1x106 D2.A1-eGFP cells or D2.OR-eGFP cells. After 3 weeks, lungs were collected, digested to single cell suspension and stained with CD45-APC antibody. CD45-/eGFP+ cells were FACS sorted and RNA purified. For in vitro samples, breast cancer cells were grown in multiwell plates under standard culture conditions, trypsinised, sorted and processed in parallel with the in vivo samples.
