PRISMA diabetic retinopathy derived data and reproducibility package

This package contains author-generated derived data and reproducibility materials for the PRISMA diabetic retinopathy manuscript. It includes:- a fixed-effect inverse-variance weighted FinnGen+MVP diabetic retinopathy GWAS meta-analysis summary-statistics file;- supplementary tables, supplementary data, and supplementary notes;- target-derivation and reproducibility scripts;- empirical-LD run provenance and QC materials;- Supplementary Table 5 target-selection reconstruction materials;- file manifests and SHA256 checksums. Version v3 updates the package by adding empirical-LD primary-run provenance, including exact command and QC reports, and an exact reconstruction of Supplementary Table 5 from archived target-ranking intermediates and hg19 gene-position annotations. The reconstruction documents the 549 PRISMA target rows, 405 unique gene symbols, and axis-specific target counts reported in the manuscript. Previous versions are retained for provenance. The package does not redistribute full third-party raw eQTL files, raw single-cell matrices, individual-level genotype/phenotype data, or controlled-access data. External resources are documented in `DATA_SOURCES.tsv` and remain subject to their original data-use terms.
