Single-cell RNA-seq of human peripheral blood mononuclear cells in COVID-19

We carried out sex-balanced sampling of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) from confirmed COVID-19 inpatients (hospitalized) and outpatients (infected), uninfected close contacts (exposed), and healthy controls. We collected 48 PBMC samples from 24 participants in this study. In exposed and infected cohorts, 13 subjects were sampled longitudinally with 2 or 3 samples per individual. Each sample is associated with 3 files of processed data and 12 files of raw data.
