Original fasta file from Bakker et al. (2017) Environmental DNA reveals tropical shark diversity in contrasting levels of anthropogenic impact. Scientific Reports, in press. The file includes unique sequences (dereplicated using obiuniq), after initial quality filtering, paired-end alignment and length filtering (120-135 bp), before any clustering or taxonomic assignment. Read abundances for every sample are included as merged_sample attribute. Data also includes total reads (count attribute) and sequence lengths (seq_length attribute).
