Exploring the Microbiome of soil samples from Bangladesh

We applied whole shotgun metagenomics analysis to different types of soil in Bangladesh, specifically, agricultural and hospital soil that bridges a gap in our understanding, shedding light on the taxonomic diversity, antimicrobial resistance profile and functional potential of soil microbiome in Bangladesh.
