Cell-line SNCA-locus long-read RNA-seq and DNA methylation data supporting "Expression of an SNCA transcript with an alternative 5′UTR unravels the genetics of the SNCA locus in Parkinson's disease"

BAM slices of the *SNCA* locus (GRCh38 chr4 ~89–90 Mb) from Oxford Nanopore (ONT) long-read sequencing across a panel of human cell lines. These files accompany the manuscript "*Expression of an SNCA transcript with an alternative 5′UTR unravels the genetics of the SNCA locus in Parkinson's disease*" and back the cell-line comparisons shown in the ONT read-length / 5′-end (TSS) distributions and the intron-1 methylation panels (Figures S23, S39, S41 and related supplementary figures).
