“平安乡村”依托“天翼看家”云监控平台，建设智能化治安防控体系，在镇村交通要道、重要场所加装视频摄像头，从而实现高清监控、红外夜视、云台存储、多客户端实时查看及回放功能。并结合天翼云眼摄像头的AI能力，提供防溺水、失能老人防走丢等功能。

"Ping'an Village Security Project" constructs an intelligent public security prevention and control system based on China Telecom's "Tianyi Kanjia" cloud monitoring platform. Video cameras are installed at traffic thoroughfares and key locations in towns and villages, enabling functions including high-definition monitoring, infrared night vision, pan-tilt storage, real-time viewing and playback across multiple clients. Combined with the AI capabilities of "Tianyi Cloud Eye" cameras, it also provides services such as drowning prevention and anti-wandering for functionally disabled elderly people.
