Bee pollen and bee bread raw data

Fastq files of bacterial, fungal and plant communities present in bee pollen and bee bread (fermented pollen) from two apiaries, Castelpoto and Montenero di Bisaccia, sampled in the spring of 2020 and analyzed by a culture-independent approach using Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS).本数据集包含来自卡斯泰尔波托（Castelpoto）与蒙泰内罗迪比萨恰（Montenero di Bisaccia）两个养蜂场的蜂花粉及蜂粮（发酵花粉）中细菌、真菌与植物群落的FASTQ格式文件，所有样本均采集于2020年春季，并采用基于下一代测序（NGS）的非培养法完成分析。
