Aggregate results and figure source data for Benchmarking cell annotation in cerebrospinal fluid and blood with surface protein labels

This dataset contains aggregate benchmark tables, figure source data, final figure exports and donor-level confusion counts supporting a comparison of RNA-based cell annotation against protein-defined B, CD4 T and CD8 T labels in one cerebrospinal fluid cohort and two blood cohorts. The confusion counts support recalculation of pooled classification metrics and donor-bootstrap confidence intervals. Original RNA and antibody count matrices, sequencing reads, cell barcodes, cell-level predictions and trained model files are not included. Original-study inputs must be obtained from the cited source repositories under their respective access conditions. The licence applies only to the authors’ shareable original figures and aggregate outputs.
