Oxford Nanopore long reads sequencing of 3 Saccharomyces cerevisiae isolates, part of a collection of almost 1000 natural isolates from this species

We sequenced 989 Saccharomyces cerevisiae genomes with long reads (3 isolates here + PRJEB77686) in order to obtain the most comprehensive view of the structural variants within a natural yeast population, and the impact of these variants on phenotypes.
