Data DeLong et al Am Nat Figure 3

Data for Figure 3 in the manuscript. Functional response values are handling time (h, days), area of capture (a, mL per pred per day), e (predators per prey). These data are compiled from the literature, with sources given in the file. The algae growth rate data are from Tang 1995 (see text for full reference) and for algae density from DeLong and Vasseur 2012 J. Animal Ecology. Mortality rate data are also compiled from the literature, with sources indicated in the file as well as method of calculation.本数据集为手稿中图3的配套数据。其功能响应（functional response）参数值包括处理时间（h，单位：天）、捕获面积（a，单位：mL/（捕食者·天））以及e（捕食者/猎物）。所有数据均由文献汇编而成，具体来源信息详见附件文件。其中藻类生长速率数据源自Tang 1995年的研究（完整参考文献参见正文），藻类密度数据取自DeLong与Vasseur于2012年发表于《动物生态学杂志（Journal of Animal Ecology）》的研究成果。死亡率数据同样通过文献汇编得到，其具体来源及计算方法均标注于附件文件中。
