Fungal induced glycolysis in macrophage promotes colitis-associated colon cancer via regulating IL-22 production of ILC3

WT and Dectin-3-/- mice (10 weeks old) were injected intraperitoneally with AOM (10 mg/kg) on day 1. After 5 days, 2% DSS was added to the drinking water for the 7 subsequent days. Three cycles of DSS addition was employed. Mice were euthanized on day 100. Stool sample were acquired from the gut. The detailed mycobiota profiling data were detected by using ITS sequencing. The detailed microbiota profiling data were detected by using 16S sequencing.
