资源简介:
Little brown bats (Myotis lucifugus) are one of the smallest hibernating mammals, which cluster in hibernacula sites for overwinter hibernation. Similar to other hibernators, M. lucifugus uses metabolic rate depression to facilitate entrance and exit of these multi-torpor bouts. To investigate the molecular underpinnings of M. lucifugus hibernation, this study used a small RNA-seq dataset to predict differentially-regulated miRNAs, Gene Ontology (GO) terms, and KEGG Pathway Analysis in skeletal muscle of euthermic vs. hibernating M. lucifugus. These are the small RNA raw .fastq files generated from the Center for Applied Genomics at the SickKids Hospital (Toronto, ON, Canada).
