Data for Seminal fluid gene expression and reproductive fitness in Drosophila melanogaster

This is the raw data set for a manuscript under review entitled \"Seminal fluid gene expression and reproductive fitness in Drosophila melanogaster\". The work tests the effect of experimental manipulation of gene expression on sperm competition phenotypes for a handful of seminal fluid protein genes that had been previously suggested as likely candidates sperm competition genes.
