Supplementary Material to Dissertation Thesis: Cedar Virus Neurotropism and Host Cell Responses
收藏资源简介:
The supplementary material accompanying the thesis: "Cedar Virus Neurotropism and Host Cell Responses" provides additional datasets and information supporting the investigation of recombinant Cedar virus (rCedV) infection and virus-induced host responses in CNS-derived cell lines and experimental models. It includes comprehensive transcriptomic datasets from three rCedV-infected CNS-derived cell lines (SK-N-SH, HMC3, SVGp12). In addition, quantitative proteomic datasets are provided for infected CNS-derived cell lines at 24 and 48 hours post infection (hpi) and for human brain organoids at 24 and 72 hpi, including protein abundance changes, LFQ intensities, and associated statistical parameters. Supplementary documentation provides detailed descriptions of the individual datasets and their respective parameters, as well as a comprehensive list of gene and protein abbreviations used throughout the thesis. Together, these supplementary data provide the underlying information for the transcriptomic and proteomic analyses presented in this thesis and enable a more detailed assessment of rCedV-induced host responses across the investigated CNS models.
