Background: Local wisdom food ingredients in North Sumatra, Indonesia are a source of phenolics which have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. Objective: This study aims to analyze the combination of red palm oil (Elaeis guineensis), koja bay leaves (Murraya koenigii L Spreng), and passion fruit seeds (Passiflora edulis f. edulis Sims) to improve the lipid and antioxidant profile of Sprague-Dawley rats Methods: This research was an in vitro and in vivo test, starting with analyzing flavonoid of the three compounds, then tested by giving it to mice for 14 days and ending with induction administration of lipopolysaccharide (LPS) for two days. This clinical trial research on animals involved 36 mice divided into 6 groups. At the end of the study, termination and examination of malondialdehyde, lipid profile, glucose and histopathological examination were carried out. Results: The results of the study showed that there were significant differences in body weight, LDL levels, and LDL/HDL ratio in each group of mice, especially in the group given the three ingredient formulations. There was a significant increase in body weight, especially in the group of mice given LPS and the group with high calories-fat-protein compared to the group given the intervention formulation of the three ingredients.
