This study conducted transcriptome sequencing of Lei bamboo leaves and bamboo shoots under different site conditions and from different seed sources. It investigates the variation of phenotypic traits associated with the growth of Lei bamboo across different geographic regions, revealing the growth differences and gene expression variations among different Lei bamboo varieties under natural growth conditions. Additionally, it explores the relationship between phenotypic traits, economic traits, and environmental adaptability in various distribution areas.
