Sequence characterization and phylogenetic analysis of chloroplast genome of Cinnamomum longepaniculatum in Yibin area

The objective of this study is to sequence and analyze the complete chloroplast genome of Cinnamomum longepaniculatum, a spice tree of significant economic value, and compare it with its closely related species. This research aims to provide a theoretical foundation and reference for the development and utilization of Cinnamomum longepaniculatum resources, elucidate the phylogenetic relationships among its closely related species, as well as contribute to evolutionary and taxonomical studies in Lauraceae plants.
