We compiled available published literature on T4SEs, covering models such as DeepT3_4, Bastion4, iT4SE-EP, OPT4e, DeepSecE, T4SE-XGB, T4SEfinder, T4SEpp, and TSE-ARF. Among these, T4SEfinder, T4SEpp, and DeepSecE are based on the SecReT4 database, while DeepT3_4 utilizes the SecretEPDB database; iT4SE-EP, T4SE-XGB, and T4SE-ARF further incorporate T4SE data from SecReT4 along with ten bacteria types, including Agrobacterium, Anaplasma, Bartonella, Bordetella, Brucella, Coxiella, Ehrlichia, Helicobacter, Legionella, and Ochrobactrum.
