Bottle oxygen collected from CTD casts on cruise JC263 to the Porcupine Abyssal Plain Sustained Observatory (PAP-SO) in May/June 2024

The dataset contains dissolved oxygen concentrations analysed from discrete water samples collected from CTD casts on research cruise JC263 to the Porcupine Abyssal Plain Sustained Observatory (PAP-SO) in the northeast Atlantic during May/June 2024. Dissolved oxygen samples were collected to calibrate the CTD's dissolved oxygen sensors. The dissolved oxygen was measured on board by Winkler titration based on an amperometric end point titration method following standard operation procedures (Dickson, 1995; Langdon, 2010).
