RNA profiling in medial prefrontal cortex of morphine addiction mice

total RNA-sequencing in mPFC from 3 saline control mice and 3 morphine addiction mice after morphine-induced conditioned place preference(CPP) Overall design: Male C57BL/6J mice (8–10 weeks old) were treated with morphine (10 mg/kg, i.p.) and confined to the CPP apparatus for construction of morphine-induced conditioned place preference (CPP). After one-week of withdrawal in homecages, animals were sacrificed and the medial prefrontal cortex tissue was rapidly extracted for RNA-seq analysis.
