AREIS Database COLLECTION and GENERAL files were used to join with GIS Parcel Address feature. The parcels were clipped to the City of Toledo Neighborhood's boundary, with a definition query applied to select the area of interest. This boundary feature was provided by the City of Toledo's GIS Data Hub. The Lucas County Auditor's Office, Toledo, Ohio, has converted over 2,200 mylar cadastral maps ranging in scale from 50 to 400 to a digital format. This conversion occurred from 1995 to 1998. It was rectified over a digital orthophoto base. This digital cadastral basemap is the primary cadastral map for Lucas County, Ohio.本研究将AREIS数据库合集（AREIS Database COLLECTION）与通用文件，与GIS宗地地址要素（GIS Parcel Address feature）进行关联连接。随后将宗地数据裁剪至托莱多市街区边界范围，并通过定义查询（definition query）筛选出目标研究区域。该边界要素由托莱多市GIS数据中心（City of Toledo's GIS Data Hub）提供。俄亥俄州托莱多市卢卡斯县审计办公室已将2200余幅比例尺介于1:50至1:400之间的聚酯薄膜地籍图（mylar cadastral maps）转换为数字格式，该项数字化转换工作于1995年至1998年间完成。该数字化图件基于数字正射影像底图（digital orthophoto base）完成正射校正，现已成为俄亥俄州卢卡斯县的核心地籍底图。
