Transcriptome Sequencing of Zizania palustris Across Multiple Tissues (PRJCA043144)

This project includes transcriptome sequencing data from 20 samples (five tissues, 4 repeats) of Zizania palustris (northern wild rice), collected from various tissues and developmental stages. The sequencing was performed to provide a broad transcriptomic profile of this species, which is an important wild relative of cultivated rice. These data serve as a valuable resource for future studies on gene expression and functional genomics in Z. palustris.
