ALK signaling promotes expression of the CD274 gene by stimulating STAT3 binding to its promoter (Marzec et al, 2008). CD274 is a plasma membrane immunosuppressive protein that stimulates immune evasion by binding to its ligand CD279 (reviewed in Kythreotou et al, 2017).
ALK 信号通路通过激活 STAT3 与其启动子结合（参见 Marzec 等人，2008 年的研究）来促进 CD274 基因的表达。CD274 是一种位于质膜上的免疫抑制蛋白，通过与其配体 CD279 结合，刺激免疫逃逸过程（参见 Kythreotou 等人，2017 年的综述）。
