A grid high spatial resolution dataset for takeaway packaging waste in China

TPWgrid-China is a high-resolution gridded dataset for annual packaging waste generation of online food delivery industry in China at a grid resolution of 1 km × 1 km. Seven takeaway packaging categories and their use probabilities were considered in the takeaway packaging waste generation estimation. This dataset could promote effective management of TPW, and support strategies to reduce municipal solid waste in accordance with the “Zero-waste City” program.
