To explore the molecular mechanism underlying NONO-mediated lymphatic metastasis inhibition in bladder cancer, a genome-wide RNA-sequencing was conducted to compare gene expression profiles of UM-UC-3 cells with NONO knockdown and control. Bladder cancer cell line UM-UC-3 was transfected with the control siRNA or two independent NONO siRNAs for 48h. The RNA of the transfected cells was extracted and sequenced on an Illumina Hiseq 2500 platform and 100 bp paired-end reads were generated.
