Rates of photosynthesis for <i>T. testudinum</i> and <i>H. johnsonii</i> leaf sections were measured under low-oxygen versus normoxic conditions across a range of seawater pH. Localization and accumulation of ROS in plant tissues were imaged at 200x magnification using an Olympus FV 1000 confocal laser scanning microscope (CLSM).<br>Chloroplast leaf PAR transmittance data is also given before and after high PAR exposure<br>
