2021年12月至2024年11月间,在福州大学和宿迁市禾信化工有限公司两家单位进行了低钌载量合成氨催化剂的制备及万吨级合成氨工业示范研究的相关实验。在百吨级/年规模条件下制备了低钌载量Ru/AC催化剂,使用X射线衍射、X射线光电子能谱、透射电镜、N2吸附/脱附测试、电感耦合等离子体质谱等行业内通用的表征手段获得催化剂各项理化性质数据,确保了数据采集的高效性和稳定性。在此基础上将上述低钌载量氨合成催化剂用于万吨级合成氨工业示范装置,通过根据装置在工况条件下出口氨净值进行评价。通过建立标准的分析方法以及多次测量等方法确保数据的可靠性和准确性。以上数据可以为高性能低钌载量合成氨催化剂的设计等方面的研究提供思路。本数据集主要包括催化剂物性结构表征数据、反应分析方法及合成氨工业示范装置运行数据,共包含6个数据文件,数据量为83.6MB。
From December 2021 to November 2024, relevant experiments on the preparation of low ruthenium loading ammonia synthesis catalysts and the 10,000-ton grade ammonia synthesis industrial demonstration research were conducted at two institutions: Fuzhou University and Suqian Hexin Chemical Co., Ltd. Low ruthenium loading Ru/AC catalysts were prepared at a scale of 100-ton/year. Various physicochemical property data of the catalysts were obtained using commonly used industry characterization methods including X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), N2 adsorption-desorption tests, and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS), which ensured the efficiency and stability of data collection. Based on the above, the aforementioned low ruthenium loading ammonia synthesis catalysts were applied to a 10,000-ton grade ammonia synthesis industrial demonstration unit, and evaluated based on the net ammonia concentration at the outlet of the unit under operating conditions. The reliability and accuracy of the data were ensured by establishing standard analytical methods and conducting multiple measurements. The above data can provide insights for research on the design of high-performance low ruthenium loading ammonia synthesis catalysts and other related fields. This dataset mainly includes the physicochemical and structural characterization data of catalysts, reaction analysis methods, and operation data of the ammonia synthesis industrial demonstration unit, containing a total of 6 data files with a total data volume of 83.6 MB.
