This dataset contains 18S sequences obtained from samples collected via moored long-term sediment traps at the central stations of LTER Hausgarten HGIV at a depth around 200 m in the period 2000 - 2012 during the spring and autumn chl a peak, and over the full annual cycle 2001, 2006 and 2012.
