Miami 21 Special Area Plan

The purpose of a Special Area Plan is to allow parcels greater than nine (9) Abutting acres in size to: Streetscape design within the Special Area Plan; to further integrate public and private improvements and Infrastructure; to enable Thoroughfare connectivity; to encourage a variety of Building Heights, massing and Streetscape design, and to provide high quality design elements. This dataset is comprised of boundary geometry representing developments designated as a Special Area Plan.专项区域规划（Special Area Plan）的设立目的，是允许面积超过9英亩的毗连地块开展如下工作：在专项区域规划范畴内实施街道景观设计；进一步整合公共与私人改造工程及基础设施（Infrastructure）；实现干道连通性；鼓励多样化的建筑高度、建筑体量与街道景观设计，并提供高品质设计元素。本数据集由代表被指定为专项区域规划的开发项目的边界几何图形构成。
