Functional Liver Imaging Score and Relative Enhancement Index Predict Transplant-Free Survival in Cirrhosis

Anonymized case-level dataset and R analysis code supporting the study of the Functional Liver Imaging Score (FLIS) and Relative Enhancement Index (REI), derived from gadoxetic acid-enhanced MRI, as markers of transplant-free survival in a single-center retrospective cohort of 60 patients with cirrhosis. The dataset contains one row per patient with the variables used in the survival and competing-risks analyses (time to event, event type, FLIS, REI, age, sex, MELD, Child-Pugh class and score, and liver volume); no dates, hospital identifiers, or original record numbers are included. The R script reproduces the Kaplan-Meier, multivariable Cox, competing-risks (Fine-Gray), discrimination, and landmark analyses reported in the article. Data are shared to the extent permitted by the institutional review board.
