It highlights a range of actors including: International science and AI governance bodies National digital sovereignty frameworks Regional development agencies Academic research networks Technology ethics think tanks Regulatory and cyber defense institutions The mapping is based on the thematic structure of the AURORA HAS RE-SEEING RESEARCH & PROJECT, which combines constitutional AI governance, multi-stage digital supervision tools, and quantum-enhanced regulatory frameworks. By identifying key players aligned with AURORA’s mission, this document serves as an introductory guide for collaboration, funding, and institutional engagement, especially in the context of the International Decade of Sciences for Sustainable Development (IDSSD, 2024–2033). This release also supports transparency and openness by inviting feedback from the broader academic and policy community regarding possible alignments and impact zones.
