Methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) was one of the most common drug-resistant bacteria. In the past, hyperbranched polylysines (HBPL) showed antibacterial effects to MRSA. However, its underlying antibacterial mechanisms are still uncear.Here, the MRSA incubated with HBPL for 8 h were used for transcriptome sequencing, and MRSA treated with only TSB medium were used as a control.
