RAP-103 in Tg4510 Mouse Model of Alzheimer's Disease: PET and Histology Data
收藏资源简介:
This dataset supports the NIH Final Research Performance Progress Report (FRPPR) for grant 5R43AG085779, titled "CCR5 Antagonist Therapy to Protect Synapses and Reduce Neuroinflammation in Alzheimer’s Disease". It contains imaging and histological data from the Tg4510 mouse model, including:- PET imaging with SV2A tracer (Yale University)- Immunohistochemistry for pTau231, IBA1, GFAP, and NeuN (Psychogenics, Inc.)- Final FRPPR report with embedded figures- Raw data, figure images, methods summary, and structured documentation These results describe the effects of the CCR5 antagonist RAP-103 on synaptic markers, glial activation, and tau phosphorylation. Data were collected under IACUC-approved protocols. Group sizes: n = 5–6 per condition.
