The dataset includes fatigue life results for thin-walled cylindrical specimens made of 18Ni300 maraging steel, produced by Laser Powder Bed Fusion (LPBF). The specimens were tested in the as-built condition (no machining) following a standard aging heat treatment. Fatigue experiments were performed under 22 different axial-torsional stress paths, covering in-phase, out-of-phase, and mean-stress conditions.
Tests were carried out using constant-amplitude, sinusoidal loading under force- or torque-control in accordance with ISO 1099. Two testing systems were employed: Instron Electropuls E10000 and Instron 8852. All specimens were tested to complete fracture (separation).
