In this regard, dear editor/curator,
Through this article, I present an interdisciplinary study in which the institutional response to the declared proof of the Riemann Hypothesis is considered a natural experiment. Quantitative modeling (Pareto–Gauss–Laplace) demonstrates that the probability of «cognitive recognition» and official documentary confirmation is constrained by a 0.27% «tail» of resources («brains + authority»).
The study shows that the likelihood of cognitive recognition and official documentary validation of the proposed proof of the Riemann Hypothesis is limited to a 0.27% «tail» of resources («brains + authority»). Rejection, removal, or restriction of access to this publication would provide another observable case, perfectly aligned with the predicted model.
