The project determined the genetic diversity of MTB isolates from presumptive pulmonary TB patients obtained from a state prevalence survey using Whole genome sequencing. A correlation study between WGS data and phenotypic data provided better understanding and clarity regarding clinical MTB isolates. This data will help in understanding the genetic characteristics of MTB and its drug resistance pattern along with their lineage distribution.
