Abstract
Introduction-Physical fitness is possibly the most popular and frequently used term in physical education and sports. The athletes need to have flexibility, agility and handgrip strength in order to execute better performance in an easy way.
Aim-To compare the flexibility, agility and handgrip strength of university level cricket, badminton and judo players.
Materials And Method- A Comparative study containing 66 players with age (20.58±2.14 years) and mean height (169.20±4.49 cm) which are university level players in cricket, badminton and judo. According to inclusion and exclusion criteria the consent was taken from all the players. After all the demographic data taken the variables like Flexibility, agility and handgrip strength was assessed using Sit and reach test, 4x10 meter shuttle run test, JAMAR hand grip dynamometer respectively.
Results- 2 way ANOVA showed significant difference on flexibility among the 3 group of players (p Value<0.005) and no significant difference on agility (p value=.871) and dominant handgrip strength (p value= 0.607).
Conclusion- significant correlation of cricket, badminton and judo players on flexibility and no correlation between agility and handgrip strength. Studies with larger sample size are needed to

demonstrate comparison between flexibility, agility and handgrip strength among cricket, judo and badminton players.
