Gated_PLSpectroscopy_WP3_FORTH

This dataset was generated as part of DYNASTY project activities (specifically WP3, samples preparation, data production and data analysis), to support the characterization of the physical properties of van der Waals heterojunctions. Photoluminescence (PL) emission spectroscopy measurements as a function of carrier density were conducted to evaluate the behavior and emissive properties of photochemically-treated WSe2 monolayers.
