Brassica napus Raw sequence reads

RNA-seq was performed based on A homozygous multi-silique rapeseed "zws-ms", as well as its near-isogenic line "zws-217" (normal silique). We found this multi-silique trait is stable in Xindu but it is switched off when grown in Ma'erkang. We previously sequenced the transcriptome of samples in Xindu; herein, we sequenced transcriptome of samples grown in Ma'erkang, where both zws-ms and zws-217 display normal siliques. Samples includes: T01 (multi-silique from zws-ms line), T02 (multi-silique from zws-ms line), T03 (multi-silique from zws-ms line), T04 (normal silique from zws-217), T05 (normal silique pool from zws-217), T06 (normal silique pool from zws-217).
