The participation of interpreters in civil and economic court proceedings is a crucial factor in ensuring the full protection of the rights and interests of the parties involved. However, in practice, issues such as the insufficient involvement of interpreters and the engagement of court clerks or other court staff as interpreters are observed. This article analyzes the role of interpreters in civil and economic court proceedings, identifies existing challenges, examines international experience, and proposes potential solutions.
