SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a method of extracting hemicelluloses from process water from a process of converting biomass to fibrous mass or waste liquors， involving removal of suspended solid particles， concentration of the product and purification of the product by removing inorganic salts and low-molecular substances. It is characterized by that process conditions of hemicellulose separation during several stages of separation/purification are regulated separately by means of， for example， pH adjustment. Using this method it is possible to allocate the most part of suspended solid substances， in particular of xylan and other hemicelluloses.
