Elaeis guineensis transcriptome in response to phosphate uptake in dosage variation

Investigation of the transcriptome profile at oil palm leaf samples from young palms was treated on phosphate-dosage variation such as starvation, deficiency, and optimum dosage. The obtained results are beneficial in understanding the key genes regulation involved in the Pi uptake response and contribute to the strategy of identifying oil palm progenies with Pi starvation and Pi-deficiency adaptation.
