What a roller-coaster ride!

What a roller-coaster ride! Tamralipta Patra It goes high and comes down low It gets entangled, don't you know It falls flat to the ground Sometimes goes round and round I try and try to make it fly I read the wind with hope in my eyes That my kite would fly high And it did, my kite flew up above the sky! This applies to our research as well. It has its highs and lows. It can get entwined with your thoughts. Also, at times, you feel something is missing or that it does not fit into the puzzle. But again, you never give up. Gradually, you evolve through the process, you see the patterns, structure and that day everything around you becomes meaningful. Two important aspects one can take from flying a kite and apply in one's research journey are patience and persistence. Then, you too will be at the great heights without being scared of the fall!
