资源简介:
Obesity, a complex ailment, has demonstrated promising weight reduction outcomes with glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor agonists (GLP-1RA) drugs like semaglutide. Nevertheless, their intricate mechanisms remain elusive. In this study, we constructed single-cell transcriptomic profiles of intestinal epithelium from individuals with normal and high BMI, revealing significant transcriptomic and metabolic alterations. In this study, we constructed a comprehensive single-cell transcriptomic atlas of human intestinal epithelium in individuals with normal weight as well as those classified as overweight with a body mass index (BMI) from 25 to 29.9, and obese individuals with a BMI of 30 or greater, and reveals significant transcriptomic and metabolic alterations by comparative analysis
