资源简介:
Benzaldehyde (BA) is a promising candidate for cancer therapy due to its antitumor effects on a wide range of cancer cells. However, the detailed mechanism of its anti-tumor effect remains unclear. To investigate this mechanism, we examined the changes in gene expression induced by BA in three pancreatic cancer cell lines with different BA sensitivities: BxPC3 (high sensitivity), AsPC1 (medium sensitivity), and PANC1 (low sensitivity). BxPC3, AsPC1, and PANC1 cells were treated with DMSO or BA at concentrations of 100 μM and 500 μM. After 24 hours, total RNA was collected and gene expression was analyzed by microarray. The experiment was performed in duplicate.
