Whole genome sequencing was performed using 35X coverage Illumina Hiseq 100bp or 150bp paired-end reads to detect mutations that appeared in thymic lymphoma tissue from double-KO mice deficient in the Smug1 and Ung genes, as well as a triple-KO also deficient in Msh.
