Genomic DNA methylation analysis of wild-type (WT) and curled-cotyledon(cco) mutant in soybean

DNA methylation, as a major and conserved epigenetic modification, plays an important role in controlling many biological processes. Cotyledons are special tissues that provide nutrition for seedlings at early developmental stage. In this study, genome-wide comparative analysis of DNA methylation between soybean curled-cotyledons mutant (cco) and its wild type was performed by whole-genome bisulfite sequencing.
