NDV non-susceptible cell line MEFs (SLM-21) and susceptible cell line MEF50 infected and uninfected state transcriptome

We isolated and spontaneously immortalized a series of fibroblast cell lines from balb/c mice, one of which was not susceptible to NDV, named MEFs (SLM-21), and one of which was susceptible, named MEF50. both cell lines were infected with or without the NDV-F48E9-eGFP recombinant fluorescent virus at MOI of 1, and the results of transcriptome sequencing of these four samples.
