Raw sequence reads data from patient with leiomyosarcoma of the kidney

Renal leiomyosarcomas (LMS) are extremely rare neoplasms with aggressive behaviour and poor survival prognosis. The most frequent somatic events in leiomyosarcomas are mutations in TP53, RB1, ATRX and PTEN genes, chromosomal instability and chromoanagenesis. We have analyzed 409 oncogenes and tumor suppressor genes by NGS with the Ion AmpliSeq Comprehensive Cancer Panel. We have not found any pathogenic single nucleotide variants (SNVs) in the most commonly mutated in LMS genes (TP53, RB1, ATRX and PTEN). However, we have performed copy number variation analysis using ONCOCNV package and discovered multiple chromosomal aberrations in the tumor tissue including monosomies of chromosomes 3 and 11.
